Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be approved in the following cases:
- Order cancelled before dispatch
- Product out of stock after order confirmation
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Defective product received (after verification)
- Replacement not possible
Non-Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds will not be applicable for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect product ordered by customer
- Minor variation in color/design due to screen differences
- Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
- Claims raised after the allowed period
Refund Process
If your refund is approved:
- Prepaid orders → refunded to original payment method
- COD orders → refunded via bank transfer/UPI after verification
Refund Timeline
Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Bank/payment provider timelines may vary.
Damaged / Incorrect Product Claims
Please report within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos/videos
- Packaging images
- Unboxing video (preferred/mandatory if you want strict claims control)
