Return / Replacement Policy

At CHEFWARE, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’re here to help.

7-Day Replacement Policy

We offer 7 days replacement from the date of delivery in case of:

  • Damaged product received
  • Defective product received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing parts/accessories

Claim Requirements

To process a replacement request, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the product
  • Packaging images
  • Unboxing video (mandatory for damage/wrong item claims)

Claims without proper evidence may not be approved.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns/replacements will not be accepted for:

  • Physical damage caused after delivery
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper use or mishandling
  • Products without original packaging/accessories
  • Requests raised after 7 days

Warranty Claims

Products covered under warranty will be handled under the respective warranty terms and support process.

Refunds

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
